Hello Cooley students, parents, faculty, and staff!
You can call me Miss Grace, and I am the school counselor at Cooley Middle School! I graduated from California State University, Sacramento, in 2018, with a Master's degree in Counseling and a specialization in School Counseling. I am also one of the WEB Coordinators at Cooley Middle School. I have completed several internships as a school counselor in districts around Sacramento, including right here in the Roseville City School District. Additionally, I have over seven years of experience working with children, including children with developmental disabilities or special needs.
As your school counselor, I will be available to meet with students individually and provide classroom guidance lessons, as well as provide small group counseling services, responsive services, community resources, and any necessary referrals to outside community agencies. I am also available to meet with parents to discuss their child's needs.
I am so grateful to have been given the opportunity to be a part of the Cooley family. I am excited about the upcoming school year and I look forward to working with you to help ensure that you and your child have a successful school year, both academically and emotionally.
